Lawyers of Sam Bankman-Fried, founder of the now-bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX, argued during his trial that his investments were not reckless.

Former executive Nishad Singh has testified against him, stating that Bankman-Fried’s marketing and business decisions were excessive and flashy. Bankman-Fried is currently on trial for fraud.
