Japan-based EdgeCortix, an AI-focused semiconductor company, has raised US$20 million in a funding round led by SBI Investment and Global Hands-On VC.

EdgeCortix will use the funds to develop new hardware products and to expand its business. It also aims to establish a development center in India.
