Singapore-based digital payments platform Dtcpay has secured US$16.5 million in its pre-series A funding round led by Kwee Liong Tek, the chairman of Pontiac Land Group. The funds will be used to enhance product development, bolster operations and infrastructure, and expand Dtcpay’s global presence.
