Deloitte has resigned as auditor of Byju’s after not auditing the edtech giant’s financials for the year ending March 2022. Byju’s described the move as a planned transition and appointed BDO (MSKA & Associates) as its statutory auditor. The company also denied reports that three key board members had resigned.
