Food delivery company Delivery Hero is negotiating the potential sale of its subsidiary Foodpanda’s operations in select Southeast Asian markets.

Singapore-based on-demand mobility firm Grab has been suggested as a possible buyer, with negotiations reportedly in preliminary stages.

The deal, as per reports, could cost more than $1.1bn.
