Chinese auto parts manufacturers are venturing into overseas markets, particularly Japan, as domestic competition escalates due to China’s electric vehicle surge. BYD and three auto parts suppliers from China made a notable presence at Japan’s Mobility Show.

BYD is currently China’s largest EV manufacturer and is set to overtake Tesla in pure EV sales this year.
