Byju’s has dismissed almost 600 employees from its content creation and marketing teams in October as part of restructuring efforts led by Arjun Mohan, the company’s new CEO for India, Inc42 reported.

This comes amid reports suggesting the edtech giant will sell two of its units, Great Learning and Epic, for between US$800 million and US$1 billion.
