Shein and PDD Holdings’ Temu are seeking to conclude their legal disputes in the US without specifying reasons or terms for the truce. Last year, Shein accused its competitor Temu of damaging its reputation, while in July, Temu alleged that the ultra-fast fashion giant was breaching antitrust laws.
