AI-based health firm Biofourmis has axed 120 employees, with 48 of those jobs based in the US. The company, which provides remote monitoring and digital therapy tools for acute and post-acute patients, is undergoing a restructuring to boost growth in the US.

Biofourmis reached unicorn status last year, following a US$300 million series D funding round.
