Singapore and Qatar have signed five memorandums of understanding to boost bilateral cooperation in social development, family, education, water research, enterprise digitalization, innovation, and commercial partnerships. The agreements, signed during Qatar Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani’s official Singapore visit, will facilitate access to each other’s markets for tech startups and promote commercial cooperation.
