At its annual world conference in Beijing, AI giant Baidu unveiled Ernie 4.0, its most powerful foundation model with enhanced core AI capabilities.

The upgrade, which is accessible to selected users via the Ernie Bot chatbot, can understand complex human requests, generate varied content from prompts, and solve complex problems. It also has enhanced memorization abilities.
