US-based influencer marketing platform Aspire.io has acquired Indian SaaS firm CommerceUp as part of the former’s efforts to expand its presence in India.

Following the acquisition, CommerceUp’s executive leadership as well as 12 of its staff will join Aspire.io to help with its product and engineering investments in the country.
