Apple has extended its chip tech deal with Arm until beyond 2040, according to IPO documents from the UK-based company.

Arm, largely owned by SoftBank Group, is the primary tech provider for most smartphones in the world. The chip maker is anticipating a US$52 billion debut, which could be this year’s largest in the US.
