VC firm Antler has appointed Shao-Ning Huang and Lorenzo Peracchione as venture partners and Tudor Coman as investment director. It said that these hires will strengthen its efforts to back early-stage startups in Southeast Asia.

To date, the company has invested in over 900 startups across 30 cities globally.
