Amazon will invest an additional US$6.5 billion in India by 2030, taking its total committed investment in the country to US$26 billion. CEO Andy Jassy announced the investment during a recent meeting with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Last month, Amazon Web Services committed to investing US$12.9 billion in India by 2030.
