In 50 Words: Alipay+ expands to Sri Lanka with LankaPay partnership
Alipay+ has signed a memorandum of understanding with LankaPay, Sri Lanka’s national payment network. This enables users of the former’s e-wallet ecosystem to transact with 400,000 LankaQR merchants in the country.
The partnership adds to the Alipay+ network, which includes e-wallets from Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines.
