Freshippo, a subsidiary of Alibaba Group, has launched its supply chain center in Shanghai. The center integrates all aspects of the supply process including food processing, storage, and distribution, and it will serve Freshippo locations across East China. The facility leverages advanced technologies such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), and automation to maximize efficiency and lower operational costs.
