In 50 Words: AI, automation risk job displacement for women, minorities in US
A rise in automation and artificial intelligence could affect women more than men, with females having a 1.5x higher chance of needing a new occupation by 2030, according to McKinsey & Co. The research suggests low-wage roles in areas such as office support, customer service, as well as roles in food and production are most at risk.
