Tripo AI, a company developing AI 3D foundation models and world models, said on June 1 that it had completed series A+ and series A++ funding rounds, raising nearly US$200 million in total.

The company said it will use the funds to expand its AI 3D and world model research teams, speed up core algorithm development, strengthen data and infrastructure systems, and expand its products and ecosystem globally.

It did not disclose the investors or valuation for the two rounds. In a separate March announcement, it said it had raised US$50 million from Alibaba and Baidu Ventures.

Tripo AI said its platform serves more than 6.5 million creators and 90,000 developers, and has generated nearly 100 million 3D assets to date.

The company also introduced Project Eden, a world model research initiative that separates shared world state from visual rendering to support persistent, reusable, and multiplayer interactive environments.

Tripo AI added that its H3.1 and P1.0 models launched in March 2026, and that Tripo Studio now includes 8K AI textures and Intelligent Part Segmentation V2 for professional 3D workflows in gaming, film, virtual reality and augmented reality, digital twins, intelligent manufacturing, and embodied AI.
