360 One eyes investment in Indian AI startup Rocket
Rocket, a Surat-based startup that builds apps from plain-language prompts, is in talks to raise US$40 million to US$50 million at about a US$500 million valuation in a round led by 360 One Asset, according to people familiar with the matter.
The people said 360 One is expected to invest US$20 million to US$25 million, and other investors could join the round.
If completed on the current terms, the deal would mark a jump from the roughly US$60 million valuation Rocket secured less than a year ago.
Founded in 2021 by Vishal Virani, Deepak Dhanak, and Rahul Shingala, Rocket was previously known as DhiWise.
The company rebranded after shifting from developer workflow automation to an AI platform that turns prompts into production-ready apps.
Rocket last disclosed a US$15 million round in 2025 from Salesforce Ventures, Accel, and Together Fund.
360 One Asset, an India-based investment firm, said it manages more than US$8.5 billion across alternatives and public-market mandates and has backed 101 companies through its private equity funds.
