1982 Ventures hires ex-Google managing director
James Kim has joined the VC firm 1982 Ventures as an operating partner.
Based in Singapore, Kim will assist portfolio companies with market strategy, scaling operations, and partnerships.
Kim is currently the managing director at Accenture. He leads the software and platforms industry practice in growth markets, which covers Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
Kim was also Google’s managing director in Singapore.
