NdotLight Signs MOU with MetAI

SOUTH KOREA – 4 JUN 2026 – NdotLight (CEO Jinyoung Park), a specialized 3D AI company, has signed a MOU with MetAI, a Taiwanese industrial digital twin and simulation innovation startup, to expand the global Physical AI ecosystem.

Headquartered in Taiwan, MetAI is a promising enterprise that attracted significant attention from the global tech industry after becoming the first Taiwanese startup to receive direct investment from NVIDIA. The company secured NVIDIA’s investment by developing models that utilize AI and 3D technology to automatically convert 3D environments, enabling the rapid creation of ‘SimReady’ digital twins.

The core objective of this agreement is to establish a world-class integrated digital twin pipeline by combining NdotLight’s SimReady 3D data generation engine, ‘TRINIX’, with MetAI’s industrial-scale digital twin generation platform, ‘MetGen’.

The two companies plan to co-create a full-stack collaboration framework spanning all technical layers required for Physical AI training. This includes: ▲ OpenUSD-based asset interoperability, ▲ standardization of SimReady metadata structures, ▲ kinematics and collision mesh compatibility, ▲ parametric template workflows, ▲ scene assembly and orchestration pipelines between MetGen and TRINIX, and ▲ deep integration with NVIDIA Omniverse™ and NVIDIA Isaac Sim™.

Specifically, NdotLight will equip MetAI with its core SimReady asset generation tools and APIs, delivering unparalleled technological capabilities that include ▲ CAD-to-USD conversion, ▲ parametric asset generation, and ▲ automatic text/image-to-3D asset generation. By integrating NdotLight’s technologies, MetAI will power its industrial-scale digital twin infrastructure, which covers ▲ large-scale scene generation for factories, logistics centers, and airports, ▲ AI-ready industrial environment simulation, and ▲ operations-unit orchestration. The combination of both companies’ capabilities is a rare endeavor in the global market, as it automates the entire process of Physical AI—ranging from ‘asset-level generation to environment-level assembly and simulation training’—into a single workflow.

Prior to the signing of the MOU, NdotLight demonstrated its world-class technology through a presentation by Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Suntae Kim at ‘Physical AI: Builders Night’, a networking event hosted by MetAI in Taiwan on May 31.

During the presentation, CTO Suntae Kim went beyond simple fixed-form objects to unveil technology for generating and simulating ‘deformable data’ that undergoes physical shape alteration. In particular, he showcased the precise simulation of the complex bending and connecting processes of power and LAN cables within NVIDIA’s robotics simulation platform, ‘NVIDIA Isaac Sim™’, earning praise from global engineers. This demonstrated a revolutionary reduction in the time required to build physical environments for variable, soft bodies—a task previously considered one of the most challenging in robotics and virtual physics training.

“This partnership is more than just a technical cooperation; it is a milestone collaboration that automates the entire technology stack needed for Physical AI simulation training into a single workflow,” said Jinsun Park, CEO of NdotLight. “By pairing NdotLight’s unique ‘SimReady’ data generation technology with MetAI’s massive simulation infrastructure, we will lead the paradigm shift in the global industrial digital twin market.”

Daniel Yu, CEO of MetAI, stated, “We are delighted to join forces with NdotLight, a leading Physical AI partner from Korea with globally recognized technical prowess.” He emphasized, “By combining the advanced technologies of both companies, we will establish an innovative global standard that accelerates the adoption of Physical AI across various industries, including global manufacturing, smart factories, and robotics.”
