Vertex Ventures co-leads Israeli client onboarding startup’s $13m round
EverAfter, an Israeli no-code collaborative platform, announced that it has raised US$13 million in a seed round led by TLV Partners and Vertex Ventures.

Benny Shneider, the CEO of GAV Systems “Merkaz,” Zohar Gilon, managing partner at Tamar Technology Ventures, and Amit Gilon, an early-stage investor, also participated in the round.
EverAfter provides an additional layer of transparency and convenience for its clients and allows companies to improve onboarding and retention.
“EverAfter provides technology that helps organizations personalize the customer experience from the moment the customer signs the initial contract all the way through to the renewal, and expansion,” said Noa Danon, EverAfter co-founder and CEO.
Some of the Tel Aviv-based company’s clients include Taboola, AppsFlyer, and Verbit. Verbit, an AI transcription startup, said its customer success managers were saving 10 hours a week since the firm began using EverAfter to manage ongoing customer communication.

According to a report, unplanned customer churn costs companies US$35 billion annually in the US alone. EverAfter aims to become the go-to customer-facing tool, streamlining onboarding and retention.
