China’s Moment Systems Raises $20 Million From KPCB, CBC, and Others
China-based Moment Systems (or Miaozhen) announced yesterday that it has concluded a $20 million funding round led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB), and together with China Broadband Capital (CBC), Redpoint Ventures, and WPP Digital.
Zhou Wei, partner of KPCB China said in a statement:
[…] The investment continues KPCB’s strategy of investing the most valuable and potential leader in fast-growing markets .and sectors. We believe that Moment Systems should be poised to become a pace-setter and leader.
Moment Systems helps advertisers, agencies, and publishers to measure online ads impact, ad spending ROI, and also helps optimize future ad spending. It has four main products, which are as follows:
- AdMonitor — Tracks audience behavior, demography, and geography thus optimizing advertisers’ online campaign in real time. This is Moment System’s flagship product.
- AdPlanner — A media management and planning platform.
- MixReach — A tool that helps advertisers achieve the highest ROI when placing ad spots on TV and/or online video.
- SiteDNA — A platform for publishers to evaluate the value of their advertising assets.
