Youth entrepreneurship organization set up under the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC), NEBO, brings you “Independent Dynamics – a journey through business and entrepreneurship” on 20 Feb 2010.
Keynote Speakers
– Douglas Foo (CEO Sakae Sushi)
– Adrin Loi (CEO Ya Kun Toast)
– Eric Feng (Take The Stage)
Programme Schedule
Segment 1
This portion of the day’s itinerary will be dedicated to a mass gathering of everyone at the event for a three speaker segment. Three keynote speakers will be invited to deliver a brief history of themselves, their struggles, their failures and successes with their businesses. You will benefit from their sharing of their personal philosophies on life and as entrepreneurs.
Segment 2
You will then be invited to adjourn to specially prepared rooms for personal time with startup CEOs. Here, it is hoped that everyone will gain better insights on what it is like and what it really takes to become an entrepreneur. The ratio will be a maximum of 1 CEO to 5 participants. You can ask in depth questions to the CEOs on the process of actualizing products and actually becoming a CEO.
On the sidelines, CEOs may also come here with a potential offer of internships. The internship is an excellent learning experience where you will get to learn first hand what it takes to be an SME in Singapore.
*The organizing committee is looking for CEOs of SME or startups to share their experiences with the students during the small meets up (2nd segment of the program). So if you are interested to share, please do contact Eric (ericfeng82@gmail.com) and he will link you up with the organizers
