CXA nabs $25m fresh capital, welcomes new strategic partners
Singapore-based healthtech platform CXA announced that it raised US$25 million in a recent fundraising round.
Its clutch of new investors, who will also become its new strategic partners, include HSBC, Singtel Innov8, MDI Ventures, Sumitomo Corporation Equity Asia, Muang Thai Fuchsia Ventures, Humanica, and Heritas Venture Fund.

The company will work “closely to collaborate in designing customized platform-led solutions for [its strategic partners’] B2B enterprise clients and its employees,” said Rosaline Koo, founder and CEO of CXA, in a statement.
Founded in 2013, CXA operates a data intelligence platform for enterprises to “shift healthcare spend – from treatment to prevention – without employers spending more.”
The company reported that it achieved a 65 percent revenue growth in 2018, which it expects to double this year.
CXA previously raised US$8 million series A in 2015 and US$25 million series B in 2017. It counts B Capital Group, Openspace Ventures, EDBI, BioVeda Capital, FengHe Asia, Philips, and RGAx as existing investors.
