Since it was established by Roy Wan in 2019, Return Helper has become an official service provider recommended by Amazon and eBay. Last year, the firm processed over 470,000 returns to reach US$4 million in revenue, it said in a statement.
The fresh funding will be used for research and product development as well as to create features such as AI-powered return analysis tools, an overseas warehouse return inspection system, and an all-in-one data analysis platform.
With the recent raise, Return Helper also looks to accelerate its global expansion and scale its team, particularly in its business and marketing functions.
