League of Legends has been the top game in Korean net cafes for 100 weeks straight

League of Legends is big in Korea. How big? Big enough that Gametrics’s latest list of the top games played in Korean internet cafes features League of Legends at the top of the heap for the 100th straight week. And, as usual, it’s not even close: LOL snagged more than 36% of players last week, which the next-closest game barely breaking 17%.

That’s an impressive accomplishment in and of itself, of course, but it also means that if LOL can hold that spot for just four more weeks (which looks likely) it will have reached the two year mark. Now that’s dominance.
