In brief: Korean AI startup raises funding in round led by Golden Gate Ventures
Skelter Labs, a Korean AI startup, has pulled an undisclosed amount of funding, led by Singapore-based Golden Gate Ventures. KakaoBrain, Kakao Ventures, Stonebridge Ventures, and Lotte Homeshopping also joined the round.
The startup will use the fresh capital to expand into Japan and parts of Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Correction (Nov. 5, 4:30 pm): The funding amount was removed after Skelter Labs reached out to TIA to say that it didn’t raise US$10 million.
