Position: Finance manager

As our finance manager, you will be working closely with the COO and our accountant on the following key areas:

  • Budgeting and planning: Be on top of our budget and resource planning. Know when/who to hire, when to expand, how to optimize our revenue, and reduce unnecessary expenses
  • Cash management: Have a great understanding of cashflow management, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value
  • Establishing metrics and monitoring Success (or Failures): Create and track key business performance metrics

Designer


Position: Happy UX/UI designer

Our UX/UI designer will be taking charge of designing awesome user experience, flow, and interface for Tech in Asia. We prefer a designer who understands UI, UX, and front-end coding and enjoy the process of wireframing, front-end coding, to live production.

Responsibilities for UX/UI designer

  • Work with product guys on overall user experience and interface of Techlist
  • Ensure features are designed and rolled out according to schedule
  • Iterate fast and quick
  • Participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experiences
  • Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces
  • Create concept models, user interface sketches, and detailed schematics.
  • Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure the solidity of design systems

You’ll take charge of writing paid-for editorial content (aka native advertising) that meets both the client’s requirements while still informing readers about the tech and startup industry.
