Position: Finance manager

As our finance manager, you will be working closely with the COO and our accountant on the following key areas:

  • Budgeting and planning: Be on top of our budget and resource planning. Know when/who to hire, when to expand, how to optimize our revenue, and reduce unnecessary expenses
  • Cash management: Have a great understanding of cashflow management, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value
  • Establishing metrics and monitoring Success (or Failures): Create and track key business performance metrics
  • Financial reporting: Be on top of our financial reporting, audits, payroll, and taxes.
  • Process implementation: Assist our COO to plan and create processes that help the business to win. With the help of the CEO and COO, you will be the glue between sales, marketing, product and engineering.
  • Board preparation: Prepare key strategic topics, financial details and metrics for board meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
  • Have experience in external audit and/or in-house financial management in a high-growth organization
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively

You should be in tune with modern UI/UX practices, and understand features from a user’s point of view. You should be comfortable with the product development process, moving quick yet being meticulous enough to take out any related bugs on the site.

Position: Smiley event PHP Developer
