Client: Banking Industry

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking industry, with a strong understanding of banking products, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager is mandatory, with the ability to manage service delivery, stakeholder expectations, incident handling, and service performance in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Strong experience working in Agile software development environments, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Excellent understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile artifacts, including user stories, product backlog management, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, definition of ready (DoR), definition of done (DoD), and automated testing practices.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.
- Strong knowledge of API concepts, including RESTful APIs, API integration, JSON/XML, API testing (e.g., Postman), and integration between internal and external systems.
- Excellent understanding of banking digital channels, such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Open Banking, Payment Gateway, Virtual Account, QRIS, and other digital financial services.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
