Location: Jakarta Utara (Full WFO)

Requirements

1. Education Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum GPA 3.00.

2. Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.

3. Technical Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and Pivot Tables.

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).

* Experienced in data processing, including data cleansing, transformation, and wrangling.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to automate and optimize business processes using Excel/VBA.

* Able to analyze data and develop efficient solutions to support business requirements.

4. Interpersonal & Communication Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and business users.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Able to understand user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
