Senior Manager Operations – Payment Gateway

Job Description:

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes to support business objectives.
• Oversee Merchant Onboarding & After-Sales Services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor business operations, including channel performance, stability, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Lead and monitor the Operations team to achieve performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and monitor compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational and deployment standards are properly implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational issues, improve processes, and support business growth.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Operations / Operations Strategy, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, payment gateway, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of business operations, including exposure to Business Development, Risk & Compliance, and Channel Management.
• Experience in IT systems implementation and working with technology-related operational processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
