We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, considering both functionality and aesthetics. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Job Description:

  • Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors.
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Create and maintain design assets such as icons, illustrations, and style guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Use testing feedback to make iterative improvements to the user interface.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Apply new knowledge and tools to enhance design processes and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
