Product Evaluator

Location: Thamrin, Jakarta | Department: NPD

As we continue developing products across beauty, personal care, fragrance, and mom & baby categories, we’re looking for a Product Evaluator who can help us understand what consumers really think, feel, and experience when using our products.

You’ll work closely with our NPD team to conduct product paneling, gather meaningful consumer feedback, and turn those conversations into insights that can support product evaluation and improvement — in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Find and engage suitable panelists, both internally and externally, for product testing.
• Conduct product paneling sessions and interact directly with consumers to understand their product experience.
• Ask open-ended and follow-up questions to uncover deeper and more meaningful feedback.
• Gather feedback on different aspects of the product, including formula/ingredients, packaging, overall experience, and other relevant attributes.
• Consolidate and organize consumer feedback into clear and actionable insights.
• Present findings to the NPD team and relevant PICs for further discussion and evaluation.
• Support the NPD team in identifying areas for improvement and determining the next steps for products under development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or other product development/NPD-related fields.

• Product Evaluation Experience

Experience handling product paneling, consumer research, product testing, or a similar role is preferred, especially within beauty or personal care brands.

• Strong Communication

Talkative, confident, and comfortable interacting with different types of people. Able to build conversations naturally and ask the right questions to get richer feedback.

• Curious & Insightful

Genuinely curious about the why behind consumer feedback and able to identify meaningful insights.

• Fast-Paced Mindset

Thrives in a dynamic environment, adapts quickly, and is comfortable working with changing priorities.

• Can-Do Attitude

Proactive, open-minded, willing to learn, and ready to get things done.
