Part-time Student Support Office

Job Requirements:

• Mahasiswa aktif atau alumni BINUS
• Bersedia bekerja di Kampus Kemanggisan selama periode Juli – September
• Bersedia bekerja Senin – Jumat (dan Sabtu jika diperlukan)
• Tidak sedang bekerja dan tidak sedang menjalani program Internship 3+1 (baik di BINUS maupun di luar BINUS)
• Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Mampu bekerja dalam tim
• Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
• Teliti, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab dalam pekerjaan administratif

Job Descriptions:

• Mensupport persiapan teknis dan pelaksanaan kegiatan First Year Program (FYP)
• Melakukan pengolahan dan rekapitulasi data menggunakan Microsoft Excel
• Membantu administrasi dan kesekretariatan kegiatan
• Berkoordinasi dan bekerja sama dengan tim dalam memastikan kelancaran program
• Membantu kebutuhan operasional lainnya selama kegiatan berlangsung
