Deliveree's Deputy Country Director of Indonesia is our second in command of the Indonesia national market for Deliveree. The Deputy Country Director ("DCD") supports the Country Director's ownership of the Indonesia P&L and is co-responsible for hitting bookings and revenue growth targets while keeping operating expenses within approved budgets.

As ultimate P&L owners, the DCD extensively supports and executes the Country Director's broad authority to shape and execute strategy across marketing, product, business development, and supply chain for the national market. The DCD also supports the Country Director in leading the team of 230 Indonesia-based professionals (and growing), organized into divisions and departments, each with its own managers.

This role may sound glamorous, but a pure strategist would fail in it. The real challenge is turning strategy into results through strong execution on the ground. We're looking for an extremely hands-on leader who can set the plan, design the tactics and workflows to carry it out, and stay closely involved to make sure implementation succeeds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-owner of P&L for Indonesia national market
• Deputy shot caller for strategy, marketing, product, business development, and supply chain resource allocation, decisions, and staffing to achieve financial results. 
• Recruiting, building, structuring, managing, optimizing, and driving performance from the Indonesia team of 230 professionals and growing.
• In addition to the Country Director, acting as one of Deliveree's two Indonesia's representatives for external relations matters including press, government relations, partner relations, and shareholder relations.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 10+ years of professional experience
• 6+ years managing large teams
• Hands-on ops experience (you've run ops yourself, not just overseen)
• Track record of producing commercial results
• Strong command of financial statements
• Fluent, professional-level English and Indonesia (expats welcome)
• Competitive undergraduate GPA
