Institutional Data Analyst Officer

Job Summary:

• Manage and analyze institutional data to support organizational performance measurement and strategic decision-making.
• Collect, validate, and evaluate institutional performance data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize institutional data systems, dashboards, and analytics for reporting purposes.
• Prepare analytical reports and present data-driven insights to support leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support BINUS' global ranking initiatives by providing institutional data analysis and performance insights aligned with international ranking frameworks (e.g., QS, Times Higher Education).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, institutional research, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with institutional performance measurement and higher education global ranking systems (e.g., QS, Times Higher Education) is an advantage.
