Student Development Officer BINUS @ Malang Campus

Job Summary:

• Ensure effective implementation of Student Development program and other related activities (e.g. enrollment, speaker selection, report preparation and evaluation recapitulation)
• Ensure effective implementation of Freshmen Companion recruitment and evaluation process
• Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
• Ensure excellent operational activities of Freshmen Year Program

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Communication, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student affairs, event management, program coordination, community development, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage student development programs and events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with students, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with event or student management systems is an advantage.
• Passionate about student development, leadership programs, and creating a positive student experience.
• Willing to be based in Malang, East Java
