Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and optimize websites using WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and other CMS platforms.
• Create custom themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and marketers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Communicate effectively with project managers to provide solutions for website-related issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug errors or performance issues.
• Manage and configure cloud-based web servers to ensure uptime, scalability, and security.

Requirements:

• Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience in developing custom themes and plugins for WordPress, Shopify (Liquid), or Magento.
• Proficiency in REST API / GraphQL integrations.
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads within tight deadlines.

Is a plus if:

• Experience with Headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, etc.).
• Knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience in scaling high-traffic websites and load balancing.
