Performance Media & Commerce Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated performance media, commerce, and growth strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces, CPAS, and other digital channels.
• Build e-commerce, marketplace, affiliate, live shopping, and SEO growth strategies to maximize business performance.
• Analyze campaign and business performance to identify insights, priorities, and optimization opportunities.
• Define audience strategy, media investment, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to drive measurable results.
• Lead strategic recommendations for client pitches, proposals, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Creative, SEO, Growth, and Business Development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop strategic frameworks, best practices, and reusable planning methodologies.
• Mentor internal teams and ensure high-quality performance and commerce strategy across client engagements.
  

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in performance marketing, media strategy, e-commerce, or digital commerce.
• 3+ years in a strategic, consulting, leadership, or senior client-facing role.
• Experience in an agency, e-commerce, marketplace, consultancy, or brand-side growth team.
• Proven experience developing and presenting strategies for medium to large clients.
• Strong understanding of paid media, marketplaces, affiliate, live commerce, and analytics.
• Able to translate business objectives into measurable growth strategies.
