Project Manager

1. Develop and maintain a detailed task-level project plan based on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). 
2. Monitor daily project progress and ensure alignment between the planned schedule and actual execution. 
3. Coordinate project activities with IT teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders. 
4. Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion according to the project timeline. 
5. Manage and regularly update project status across all workstreams/groups. 
6. Prepare and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for all project meetings. 
7. Collect, consolidate, and validate project progress data from all project groups. 
8. Prepare operational project reports to support the Senior Project Manager. 
9. Administer and maintain project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, document repositories, and other related platforms. 
10. Identify schedule deviations and escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager and Internal Project Manager. 
11. Ensure all project documentation is properly organized, maintained, and complies with documentation standards. 
12. Support the Senior Project Manager and the Bank's Internal Project Manager in daily project coordination and operational activities. 
13. Assist in managing project issues, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. 
14. Ensure project plans, milestones, and deliverables are achieved within the agreed scope and timeline. 
15. Prepare and maintain project documentation in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia as required by the Bank. 

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of banking systems and system interfaces. 
2. Proficient in project documentation and documentation management. 
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. 
4. Knowledge of project risk management, cost management, and time management. 
5. Strong understanding of project scope management and schedule management. 
6. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Agile Kanban Boards, JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms. 
7. Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
8. Experience supporting Project Managers in project execution and cross-functional team coordination. 
9. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
10. Experience in project reporting and project performance monitoring. 
11. Proficiency in SQL and experience with one or more database platforms, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, BigQuery, Impala, Hive, Spark SQL, Snowflake, and ANSI SQL. 
12. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, or another relevant field. 
13. Experience working with third-party vendors on system integration and/or application merger projects
