Operations Reconciliation (INTERNSHIP)

What You'll Do

• Perform transaction reconciliation to support settlement processes with the Finance team.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Update pending transaction statuses based on reconciliation findings when required.
• Coordinate with the IT team to resolve transaction-related issues.
• Support ad-hoc operational and reconciliation tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work Full WFO in Jakarta
• Willing to work shifting (3 shifts)
