Jr. Quality Control or Governance Risk and Compliance for Banking Industry

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a firm belief

in the importance of structured workflows.

- An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies across complex

technical and business documents.

- Assertive yet collaborative communication style, capable of holding cross-functional

teams accountable to process standards. 

Job Description 

- Act as the primary gatekeeper to ensure no development stage begins until all

prerequisites are met 

- Rigorously audit all entry criteria and documentation before any feature transitions

from the Product phase to Engineering 

- Conduct regular audits of active workflows to ensure teams adhere to Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality standards under pressure. 

- Perform deep-dive reviews across all project documentation to ensure the Technical

Specification Document (TSD) perfectly mirrors the Product Requirement Document

(PRD) 

- Maintain a 1:1 mapping between original Business Requirements and QA Test Cases to

ensure full feature coverage and zero missed logic. 

- Proactively identify and resolve contradictions or logic gaps between product vision

and technical architecture before the development phase begins. 

- Manage a master document repository, ensuring the team always works from the most

recent, officially signed-off versions. 

- Serve as the final authority to validate that all relevant stakeholders have formally

approved documentation before a sprint is initiated. 

- Identify and report on "Process Debt" instances where features were accelerated

without meeting documentation or approval benchmarks.
