QA Automation - Insurance Industry

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in QA Automation.

* Strong hands-on experience in test automation, particularly using Cypress and Katalon.

* Proficient in API testing using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.

* Experienced in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios.

* Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and API testing.

* Able to perform defect identification, root cause analysis, documentation, and validation.

* Familiar with SDLC/STLC and QA testing methodologies.

* Experience working with Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.

* Good understanding of web application testing and API integration.

* Familiarity with health insurance or life insurance business processes is highly preferred.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

* Willing to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other QA teams to ensure application quality.
