AI Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Have      bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from      Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Data      Engineering or equivalent. 
2. Have      >2 years (junior) or >4years (middle) experience as      AI/ML Developer/Workflow Engineer in banking industry.
3. Have      experiences in develop and implement AI workflow orchestration,       automation, AI pipelines.
4. Have      skill on Ms. SQL Server Database, MySQL Database.
5. Have      strong Python / Java programming, also API integration skills.
6. Have      strong understanding of AI technology components (LLM, RAG, Vector DB,      Embedding, guardrails, etc.)
7. Understanding      of data governance, security, and model lifecycle.
8. Strong      problem-solving and optimization skills.
9. Have      experiences in agile project delivery.
10. Fluent      in using Jira.
11. Have      excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
12. Proficiency      in written and spoken English. 
13. Commit      to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if      required. 
14. Team      player with interest in AI technologies.
15. Live in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. 

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborates      with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager,      Development Manager, System Analyst, and users to produce and maintain AI      workflows design and pipelines.
2. Understand      user requirement and develop AI workflow, models, AI persona, script,      system prompt to deliver AI application/system
3. Fix      software defects found during testing phase
4. Optimize      workflow performance, scalability, and security
5. Troubleshoots      system issues.
6. Create technical documentations.
