Job description & requirements

We’re an early stage tech startup in the artificial intelligence space, already working with global institutions who utilize our products today. After launching and scaling quickly, we’re now focused on making certain our platform is even more intuitive, seamless, and human-centered. To help us on that journey, we’re looking for a UI/UX Design Manager who’s excited to be both hands-on in design execution and a leader in shaping our future design team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a player-coach: designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma while also guiding the broader design vision;
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and executives to transform complex, AI-driven workflows into simple, elegant user experiences;
  • Work closely with executives and the marketing team to ensure our designs and marketing materials align;
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system to unify our platform as it grows;
  • Run user research and usability testing to ground design decisions in real customer needs;
  • Lay the foundation for a future design team—mentoring others and helping us hire as we scale;
  • Balance speed with craft: you’ll ship quickly without compromising usability and polish;
  • Detail-oriented, Team Player is an absolute must.

You must understand design principles and be able to build designs without the help of AI and use AI to enhance your own designs.
