Japan Invents Internet Kiss Machine

Japan internet kiss

Adding to the long list of ‘Japan-is-weird’ gadgets, students at the Kajimoto Laboratory at the University of Electro-Communications have created a sort of internet tele-kissing machine. We’re not exactly sure how this whole idea got started, but we suspect it began with an innocent pencil-sharpener fetish.

The device detects the movements one user’s tongue, and then replicates those movements to the user on the other end. Of course, the device will likely need some additional flesh to add some realism, but it is undeniably a pretty cool idea.

Surely the pornography industry, who always tend to be technologically progressive, would be interested in such a contraption. I bet if you threw this little sucker into the mix (sort of NSFW) you’d have a surefire winner.
