🇮🇳 angel investment platform to roll out $50m fund
Inflection Point Ventures (IPV), an India-based angel investment platform, has announced the launch of a US$50 million fund called Physis Capital.

The fund will come with a greenshoe option of US$25 million, and IPV is looking to raise US$20 million for its first close. Up to 50% of Physis Capital will be deployed in backing proven winners from the IPV portfolio.
The startup is looking to invest in 15 to 20 pre-series A to series B startups in the vertical commerce, consumer tech, social, B2B, and enterprise tech sectors with an average ticket size of US$2.5 million.
IPV currently has over 6,400 chief experience officers, high net worth individuals, and professionals to invest in startups. The firm provides entrepreneurs with monetary and experiential capital and connects them with a diverse group of investors. IPV members have so far backed over 80 startups such as FabBox, Samosa Party, and Truly Madly.
