Under the share subscription facility deal, Instoried can draw the funds at any time within a 36-month period following its listing.
Founded in 2017, the company helps writers, marketing agencies, students, and professionals use its AI-powered and data-driven solutions to produce more empathetic content marketing and drive engagement with customers.
The latest investment will be used to expand Instoried’s marketing efforts, especially in the US, and for adding a Google Chrome extension, a WordPress plug-in, and other elements to its product portfolio.

The company also plans to increase hiring in India for leadership and tech roles. It will also develop the tech stack to launch its own content generation tool and invest in marketing in Indian and Asia markets.
In October 2021, Instories raised US$8 million in its series A funding round led by Pritt Investment Partners and 9 Unicorns. Mumbai Angels, SOSV, and Venture Catalysts Angel Fund, also took part.
